摘要
根据优化设计理论,确定了某装载机连杆机构的设计变量,14个参数的优化目标函数以及约束条件,使用MATLAB软件提供的二次开发工具编写程序对数学模型进行了优化研究。结果显示,铲斗的最大摆动角由12°降为2°,优化效果非常显著。提高了装载机连杆机构的设计速度和设计质量,这种数学模型对于反转六连杆机构的优化设计具有普遍的适应性。
According to the optimization design theory, confirmes design variables of some loader connecting rod mechanism, the optimization goal function with 14 parameters as well as restraint conditions, and by using the tools for the secondary development offered by MATLAB software. It programs to 8o on optimization design for the mathematical model. The result shows that, maximum swing angle of bucket lowers from 12°to 2°, and the optimized effect is extremely remarkable. This mathematical model improves the design speed and quality of loader connecting rod mechanism has general applicability to the optimization design of RSCPM.
