摘要
探讨了杏仁油乳的制备工艺条件。实验表明,以S15为主的复合乳化剂制成的水包油型的杏仁油乳剂,在40~60℃条件下,10000~12000r/min进行搅拌3次后,乳剂稳定性较好,分散相粒度≤10μm,易于吸收。
Conditions for the preparation of apricot kernel oil emulsion were studied. The experimental results showed that with the use of S15 Emulphor as the main emulsifier,at a temperature of 40~60℃,and agitated for three times at a speed of 1000~1200r/min,the resulted oil in water apricot kernel oil emulsion had a satisfactory stability,with disperse phase particle size of ≤10μm and easily absorbable by human body.
