摘要
硼酸酯添加剂不含硫、磷、氯等腐蚀性元素和金属元素,为环境友好润滑油脂添加剂。本文采用四球长磨试验和差示扫描量热法氧化试验对含氮硼酸酯添加剂与其他类型添加剂的抗磨、抗氧化协同作用进行了考察。四球长磨试验表明:硼酸酯与二烷基二硫代磷酸类添加剂,如锌盐和锑盐,以及无灰型的烷基取代衍生物具有良好的抗磨协同作用;硼酸酯也与二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸类添加剂,如锌盐和锑盐,以及无灰型的亚甲基双二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯,表现出良好的抗磨协同作用。差示扫描量热法氧化试验表明,硼酸酯与芳胺类抗氧剂,如对,对’-二异辛基二苯胺,具有优秀的抗氧化协同作用。因此,硼酸酯添加剂可以在降低油品的硫、磷含量和灰分的条件下,大幅度提高油品的抗磨或抗氧化性能。
Organic borate ester is ashless and free of any corrosive elements, such as shulfur, phosphorus and chlorine, which can be treated as an environmentally friendly lubricant additive. Four- ball wear test and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were employed to evaluate the interaction of an organic borate ester containing nitrogen with other antiwear and antioxidation additives in lubricant. The four - ball test indicated, the organic borate ester exhibits good antiwear synergism with dialkyl dithiophosphate (DDP) type additives, both metal - containing (e. g. zinc and antimony) and ashless; and the organic borate ester is also a powerful antiwear synergist for metal- containing (e. g. zinc and antimony) and ashless dialkyl dithiocarbamate (DDC) type additives The DSC test showed, the organic borate ester is an excellent antioxidation synergist for alkylated diphenylamine, e.g. dioctyl diphenylamine. Thus, the organic borate ester can be utilized to enhance the antiwear and/or antioxidation performances of lubricant with low contents of sulfur, phosphorus and ash.
