摘要
图像分割是数字图象处理中的一个重要问题;基于阈值选取方法的半导体器件的图象分割,具有较高的运算效率;文中针对常见阈值选取方法的具体使用情况进行了比较研究,并提出了具体算法实现,最后提出最佳的处理算法;实验结果表明该算法能够有效提高图象分割的质量,从而提高了半导体器件检测的正确率和自动化程度。
Image segmentation is an important part of digital image processing. Image segmentation of electronic components identification, which is based on selection of image threshold has the feature of high operating efficiency. This paper investigates main differences among these image threshold methods that are used frequently. At the same time, algorithms of implementation are presented. Finally an opritual method is developed. Experiment results show that the method can enhance the quality of image segmentation effectively and improve the accuracy of testing and automation level.
