不能清创的开放性骨折感染预防的实验研究 被引量：1

摘要 已发生开放性骨折６小时～８小时以上机体如急诊行清创内固定治疗，可能招致感染，甚至骨髓炎。本实验对兔胫骨开放性骨折２４小时后行清创内固定，闭合冲洗引流术，术后冲洗五天；无一例发生感染，与对照组进行单纯清创相比。
