摘要
本文就４１例穿通性结肠损伤病例进行分析其中一期修补１６例（３９．０２％），一期右半结肠切除３例（７．３２％），结肠造口２１例（５１．２２％）。结肠部份切除１例（２．４４％）。一期修补及一期右半结肠切除者并发症少，住院时间短，提示非战伤性结肠损伤行一期处理是可行的，但应掌握适应证，伤情严重者仍以结肠造口为宜。
he articleanalyzed 41 patients with penetrated colon injury,Of the 41 cases,primary repairwas done in 16 cases(39.02%),Primary right colectomy was done in 3 cases(7.32%),colostomy wasdone in 21 cases(51.22 %) and partial cofectomy was done in one case(2.44%). The results showedthat primary management was feasible in the sivlian cofon injury so long as we know theindications,because it decreased complications and shortened the time of hospitalization.However,colostomy was considered firatly in the case of severe injury.
