摘要
为了解常用清毒剂对幽门螺杆菌的杀菌作用，采用倍比稀释法测定６种消毒剂对幽门螺杆菌的１０ｍｉｎ临界杀菌浓度，以最小杀菌浓度（ｍｉｎｉｍｕｍｂａｃｔｅｒｉｃｉｄａｌｃｏｎｃｅｎｔｒａｔｉｏｎ，ＭＢＣ）表示。结果表明，６种常用消毒剂对幽门螺杆菌有较强的杀灭作用，且其最小杀菌浓度与常用浓度和有关资料报道的结果一致。
n order to know the function of the common disinfectants on the helicobacter pylori(HP),the10 min utes eritical bactericidal concentration of 6 disinfectants on the helicobacter pylori hasbeen examed by the double dilution methds and presented with minimum bactericidalconcentration(M BC).The results showed that 6 common disinfectants had obviously greaterdestructive effects on the helicoba cter pylori and the minimum bactericidal con centration isagreed to the results of the common concentration and the concerned material reported.
