摘要
自身对照检查83例糖尿病视网膜病变患者甲皱微循环改变。直线回归分析表明微循环管袢数、管径、流速、细胞聚集、白色微血栓在糖尿病视网膜病变发展中起一定作用，并进一步探讨糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机理。
The changes of microcirculation were examined in 83 patients with diabetic retinopathy. The results of regression analysis showed that 6 factors of microcirculation correlated with onset and severity of diabetic retinopathy. The mechanism of diabetic retinopathy is further disscussed.
