摘要
利用扫描电镜对微波条件下萃取桔皮中的果胶进行了研究,分析了微波辐射对桔皮组织结构的作用及果胶成分溶出过程中桔皮组织的变化。
The process of extracting the pectin from orange skin with the microwave is researched by the electric microscope. About the action on the organization and structure after microwave radiating and the change of the orange skin's organization during the ingredients of pectin being dissolved are both analyzed.
