摘要
运用实时超声显像检查各种疾病引起的急腹痛３２４例，符合率达９４．１％（３０５／３２４）。结果表明，超声显像检查是快速诊断急腹痛的重要方法之一。本文讨论了急腹痛检查时的要点及采取的措施，旨在提高诊断的准确性。
The real-time ultrasonographic examination of 324 cases with acute abdominal pain is reported in this paper.The coincidence rate of ultrasonography was 94.1%(305/324).The results indicate that ultrasonography is an important examination to detect acute abdominal pain. Meanwhile,the stresses and skills in examining acute abdominal pain were discussed with special emphasis in order to increase diagnostic accuracy.
