摘要
本文报道了应用３种联合化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌４２例的近期疗效。总有效率为３３．３％，其中，ＥＰ±Ｆ方案有效率为４２．１％，ＣＡＰ方案为３５．７％，ＣＡＭＰ方案为１８．１％。笔者认为，含分割式低剂量顺铂的ＥＰ方案不需要水化，消化道反应轻微，费用相对便宜，较适合于晚期ＮＳＣＬＣ的姑息性治疗。
Forty two cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)were treated with three combination chemotherapies.The total response rate was 33.3%,among them,the respose rate of EP±F was 4 2.1%,of CAP was 35.7%and of CAMP was 18.1%. The authors suggest that the EP protocol consisting of fractinated doses of DDP may be more prefer rable due to its mild gastro-intestinal toxic reaction and less expensive in the treatmen t of advanced NSCLC patients.
