摘要
采用可同时检测水体中总大肠菌群和粪大肠杆菌的特定酶－底物快速检测法检测各种水样，经与传统的多管发酵法进行比较，结果表明，酶法具有准确敏感，快速简便，经济实用等优点，明显优于传统方法，值得推广。
In this paper a parallel detection of total coliforms and Escherichia Coli with both the newly developed defined sutbstrate mthed and the traditional MTF method is reported. Comparison of the results form both methods revealed that the defined substrate method is simple,sensitive, precise and ecnomic.It is much better than the traditional MTF method and worthy to be spread.
