摘要
通过在淮南煤灰中添加A,B,C,D四种助熔剂,对降低淮南煤灰的高灰熔融性温度进行了研究。结果表明,添加助熔剂可以显著降低高灰熔性淮南煤灰熔点,且其降低程度随助熔剂种类及用量的不同变化很大。为了更好地观察、预测灰熔点随助熔剂添加量的变化关系,并用V isualBASIC开发了处理软件。
With A, B, C and D four (4) kinds of fluxes added to the ash, the paper studied the high ash fusion temperature in order to reduce Huainan coal ash. The results showed that the flux added could obviously reduce the high fusion point of Huainan coal. The reduction of the fusion point would be varied with the type of the fluxes and the quantity added. A processing software was developed base on the Visual Basic in order to observe and predict the variation relationship of the ash fusion with the flux added.
