灰色关联聚类在半刚性基层材料性能优化指标确定中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 进行半刚性基层材料的性能评价时,传统方法往往需要全面考虑强度(抗压强度)、稳定性(抗冻性、干缩性、温缩性和抗冲刷性)和疲劳性能。文章利用半刚性基层材料抗压强度与其他性能指标之间的关系,采用灰色关联聚类分析方法,获得了半刚性基层材料的性能优化指标———综合压缩模量。结果表明,灰色关联聚类方法是指标分类或同类因素归并的有效方法,可在半刚性基层材料的性能优化时使用;采用综合压缩模量作为半刚性基层材料的性能优化指标,具有可行性和实用性,可在沥青路面材料设计和结构设计中推广使用。 When evaluating semi-rigid base materials' performances, traditional methods usually need to take overall account of strength (mainly compaction strength), stabilities (namely anfi-freezing, dry-shrinkage, temperature-shrinkage and and-erosion) and fatigue performances. Using the relationships between compaction strength and other performance indicators of semi-rigid base materials, with the help of grey incidence clustering method, performance-optimlzation indicator of semi-rigid base materials, namely comprehensive compaetion-shrinknge modulus, can be achieved.The results show that, grey incidence clustering method is an effective method in indicator classification or homogeneous factors merger, should be recommended in the performance optimization of semi-rigid base materials. Making comprehensive compaction-shrinkage modulus as performance-optimization indicator of semi-rigid base materials, it is feasible and practical, and it can be widely used in the material design and structure design of asphalt pavements.
