摘要
应用新生大鼠脊髓薄片运动神经元细胞内记录技术,记录了刺激背根、腹根及腹外侧索诱发的兴奋性突触后电位(EPSP),并在测量3种EPSP的潜伏期、幅度、达峰时间、半衰时间及时程之基础上,分别进行参数间相关矩阵分析和聚类分析,均表明半衰时间是全部所测参数的代表性指标,其测量和分析在电生理和药理研究中具有重要意义。
Three types of excitatory postsynaptic potentials(EPSP) evoked by dorsal root,ventral root and ventrolateral funiculus stimulation,respectively,were intracellularly recorded from mootoneurons in neonate rat spinal cord slices. The latency,amplitude,time-to-peak,half-decay time and duration of the EPSPs were measured,and then studied by means of correlation coefficient matrix and cluster analysis. It was found that the half-decay time was the representive parameter among all the above parameters of EPSPs. The results indicate that the measurement and analysis of half-decay time are necessary and important in the electrophysiological and pharmacological studies.Project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.38970295)
