催化合成三氟丙基甲基二氯硅烷的研究 被引量:3

Study on synthesis of trifluoropropylmethyldichlorosilane

摘要 以聚乙烯基硅氧烷为保护剂制备了102白色担体负载的铂络合物催化剂,合成了三氟丙基甲基二氯硅烷。考察了催化剂用量、体系温度、回收利用对目的产物含量的影响。结果表明,102白色担体负载的铂催化剂对该反应具有较高的活性和稳定性,目的产物的含量可达到85%。催化剂重复使用8次未发现有失活。 Trifluoropropylmethyldichlorosilane was prepared by platinum compound catalyst supported by 102 white support under the protection of ployvinylsiloxane. The effects of temperature, amounts of catalyst and reuse on content of the products were studied. Results showed platinum compound catalyst supported by 102 white support under the protection of ployvinylsiloxane had higher activity and stability. The content of product may reach over 85%. And the catalyst still had activity though reused for eight times.
