摘要 目的研究过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)在人垂体ACTH腺瘤组织中的分布情况和表达水平。方法免疫组织化学染色、Western blot方法检测PPARγ在人正常垂体及ACTH腺瘤中的分布及表达。结果PPARγ主要分布于细胞核,免疫组化和Western blot方法测定,PPARγ在人垂体ACTH腺瘤及正常垂体中均有表达,腺瘤中的表达水平高于正常垂体组织(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论PPARγ在垂体ACTH腺瘤中表达明显高于正常垂体组织,PPARγ可能成为治疗垂体ACTH腺瘤的一个新靶点。 Objective To evaluate the distribution and expression of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor T (PPARγ) in pituitary ACTH-secreting adenomas of human. Methods Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to identify the distribution and expression of PPART. Results PPART expressed in pituitary ACTH-secreting adenomas and normal pituitary tissues. PPARγ immunoreactivity was found in nucleoli of pituitary ACTH-secreting adenoma and normal pituitary cells. The expression in pituitary ACTH-secreting adenomas was significantly higher than that in normal pituitary tissues. Conclusion The expression of PPARγ in pituitary ACTH-secreting adenomas significantly increased, so it maybe a potential therapeutic target of pituitary ACTH-secreting adenoma.
