综述了吗丙嗪的药理研究，包括抗肿瘤细胞毒作用、抗肿瘤转移机制、新的药理活性以及动物毒理。
Probimane is a derivative of razoxane,first synthesized in China.This paper reviews recent progress in probimane [1,2-bis(N4-morpholino-methyl3,5-dioxopiperazin-1-yl)propane] research,including many advantages of probinane over razoxane;cytotoxic actions,antimetastatic mechanisms, novel Pharmacological activities,and toxicity in animals.
