用光纤探头测定流化床中气泡的特性

摘要 使用以光导纤维联机的光纤探头在线检测系统,同时测得鼓泡气固流化床反应器内的气泡刺穿长度、气泡直径、气泡上升速度、气泡频率、气泡分率及气泡内固体含量等参数。并由此关联出粗颗粒系统的新的气泡直径关联式。 An optical probe, which is connected to a computer online system through optical fibre, was used to measure the bubble properties in the bubbling gas solid fluidized bed reactor. A variety of variables, including bubble pierced length, bubble diameter, bubble velosity, point frequency, bubble fraction, and solid contents in a bubble were measured. Based on the measurements a new bubble correlation for the large particle system is proposed.
