摘要
研究了制备悬浮法酚醛树脂的各种因素对酚醛缩聚反应速率的影响。实验结果表明:以六亚甲基四胺为催化剂时,酚醛缩聚反应为二级反应,反应活化能为46.61kJ/mol。反应温度是影响反应速率的最主要因素,反应速率随催化剂用量增加而加快。当酚醛树脂的分子结构中含有N基团时,用凝胶化时间来判断反应程度是不正确的。
The factors effecting on the reaction rate of phenol-formaldehyde condensation by suspension polymerization have been studied systematically. The experimental results show that when using hexamethylenetetramine as a catalyst, the phenol-formaldehyde condensation reaction is a second order, and the activation energy is 46.61kJ/mol. The reaction temperature is a most important factor. The reaction rate increases with increasing the quantity of catalyst, therefore the degree of polymerization for phenolic resin containing N element can not be determined by gel time.
