摘要
目的探讨护理管理者在护士长选拔竞聘上岗工作中的创新方法。方法根据病区护理管理需要设立岗位职数,公示竞聘条件,在传统竞聘流程:自愿报名、资格审查、理论考试、竞聘演讲之外再增加民主测评综合素质、面试测评管理人格特质等程序。结果将合适的人员安排在相应的岗位,提高了护理工作质量与效率,护士长工作综合满意度提高。结论通过护士长竞聘上岗流程创新,能客观、公正地考核每一名竞聘者,选拔出适合护理管理岗位的护理人才,最大限度地发挥、挖掘护士长的潜力,从而全面提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the innovation of the competition procedure in selecting head nurses. Method The number of positions of head nurses was set according to the needs of nursing management in each medical district,and the position qualifications were publicized, in addition to the traditional competition procedure, such as voluntary application, qualification examination, theoretical test, and competition speech, the procedures of comprehensive quality evaluation by democratic survey and management personality evaluation by interview were added. Results This practice achieved the goal of placing suitable persons on suitable positions,improved the quality and efficiency of nursing,and increased the general satisfaction to head nurses' work. Conclusion The reformed competition procedure could examine every candidates objectively and justifiably, selected suitable management talents and made full use of head nurses' potentiality to improve the quality of nursing.
