摘要
本文对再生医学中的组织工程、细胞和细胞因子治疗、基因治疗和微生态治疗等内容作了介绍,探讨了再生医学领域的一些科学问题,指出再生医学已进入了一个新的时代,充满了希望、机遇和挑战,如何把握好这个难得的机遇,迎接这一挑战,需要我们认真思考和研究。
In this paper the author presented the definition and contents of regenerative medicine, including tissue engineering, cell therapy, cellulo-factor therapy, gene therapy and microecologic cure. In addition, the prospects and difficulties for clinical application of these therapies were also mentioned. It indicates that the regenerative medicine has come to a new era that is full of opportunities and challenge. How to face and treat this situation is an important thing and worth to discuss the question in detail.
