摘要
为了使电机的走位更为准确,达到精密控制的目的,设计了一种高精度的步进电机驱动方案。该方案基于MCU(C8051F012)+L297/L298(L6203)的经典架构,使用斩波恒流细分的驱动方法,在实际运行中具有良好的升降速曲线。实际运行表明,步进电机运行稳定,且具有步距角小、转矩恒定、功耗低等优点。
A high precision control system for stepping motor is introduced in this paper based on the classical structure of MCU ( C8051 F012 ) + L297/L298 ( L6203 ) by using the driving method of switchmode, constant current and fine technology. A good accelerating and decelerating curve is also achieved. The instrument runs stably in pratical with the merit of little stepping angle, unvaried torque and low power consumption.
