摘要
本文对高稳定β钛合金在热处理过程中亚结构的恢复和再结晶行为以及第二相的析出形貌和分布进行了分析研究。结果表明,当工作环境温度≤540℃时,影响合金性能的主要因素是第二相的析出以及热处理过程中亚结构的恢复和再结晶化的程度,而表面氧化、晶粒组织的均匀性对合金性能的影响是次要的。
The behavior of substructure recrystallization and recovery of high stability β titanium alloy during heat treatment process and the precipitation morphology as well as the distribution of second phase were investigated. The results show that when service temperature is lower than 540℃ the main factors influencing the alloy's properties are the precipitation of the second phase and the degree of substructure recovery & recrystallization during heat treatment, while the surface oxidation and the crystal homogeneity is the secondary factor.
