摘要
目的研究CD147在骨肉瘤中的表达情况,探讨其与临床病理及预后的关系。方法用S-P免疫组织化学染色法对76例骨肉瘤CD147蛋白的表达进行检测,并对其与骨肉瘤临床病理及预后的关系进行统计学分析。结果CD147在骨肉瘤中呈普遍阳性表达,对照组骨软骨瘤、骨瘤和正常骨基本不表达。CD147蛋白表达与Enneking分期和Price分级呈正相关,与软组织侵犯、WHO分型和预后相关。结论骨肉瘤CD147蛋白的表达与肿瘤恶性程度和侵袭性密切相关,对骨肉瘤诊断和预后评估具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD147 in osteosarcoma and its relationship to nsteosarcoma cfinical pathology and prognosis. Methods The expression of CD147 protein was evaluated immunohistochemically in 76 osteosarcoma specimens and it＇s relationship to esteosarcoma clinical pathology and prognosis was analyzed statistically. Results The expression of CD147 protein in estcosarcoma was markedly higher than those in normal and benign bone tumor and it was correlated to Enneking grade, Price grade, soft tissue invasion, WHO classification and prognosis. Conclusion The expression of CD147 protein is closely correlated to malignant degree and invasion. It may serve as a valuable marker for diagnosis and an indicator to predict the prognosis of esteosarcoma.
