《婴幼儿智能开发与发育简明表》的应用 被引量:7

Application of Concise Form of Infant Intelligent Development for Improvement of Infant’s Intelligence

摘要 目的应用自行编制的《婴幼儿智能开发与发育简明表》观察对正常及高危因素的婴幼儿干预前后智能发育的变化。方法75例婴幼儿中,正常组40例,高危组35例,分别进行影响智能发育有关因素调查并做组间均衡比较。根据五个能区智能测评情况,按照简明表项目指导家长开展智能开发/干预。干预前后对五个能区发育商和总发育商测评结果进行比较分析。结果干预前后比较,正常组(除社交行为外)和高危组(除大运动外)各个能区的发育商及总发育商均显著提高(P<0.01)。2组改善幅度比较,高危组的精细动作、认知能力、语言能力、社交行为及总发育商改善更为显著(P<0.01)。结论应用《婴幼儿智能开发与发育简明表》干预能显著提高正常及高危婴幼儿的智能发育,表明简明表的可行性和有效性,提示对高危婴幼儿进行早期干预更有积极意义。 Objective To explore the efficacy and the feasibility by using concise form of infant intelligence development (CFID) for enhancing the infant intelligent abilities. Methods Seventy-five infants were recruited and divided into two groups: normal controls(group A, n=40), and infants with high risks influencing intelligence development(group B, n=35). A survey for the related risk factors that affacted infant intelligence developing was done by a detail history inquirement, and an educational protocol for instructing families how to conduct infant intelligent intervention by using CFID. The development quots(DQ) of five functional intelligent categories and total development quots(TDQ) were scaled by wellexperienced psychologists pre- and post-interventionally. Results DQ except /or the social communication ability in group A and the gross movement in group B, and TDQ in both groups were significantly improved post-interventionally, respectively(P〈0.01). The fine movement, the cognition abililty, the language ability, the social communication ability and TDQ enhanced more markedly in group B (P〈0.01). Conclusions Intervention with CFID by famalies is feasible and remarkably improves intelligent development especially for infants with high risks.
