摘要
运用自我效能感的原理和麦克利兰的成就动机理论,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,在体育专业大学生中进行自我效能感和成就动机的关系研究。结果表明,女生成就动机水平显著地高于男生;学业自我效能感两个因子均与追求成功的动机呈显著正相关,与避免失败的动机呈显著负相关;培养、激发体育专业大学生的自我效能感和成就动机水平对于提高大学生的学业成绩具有重要意义。
In the light of the theory of serf-conseiousness and the achievement motive theory, the author makes a research into the relationship between the self-conseiousness and the achievement motive of PE major students achievement motive of female students is obviously higher than that of male students; The findings show that the level of the the two factors of the self-consciousness are positively related to the achievement-pursuing motive, and negatively related to the failure - avoiding motive; it is significant for the achievement improvement to cultivate and amuse the self- consciousness and the achievement motive of PE major students.
