摘要
目的:提高我国医院麻醉药品和精神药品监管的水平,拓展管理内容,有效监控医院麻醉药品和精神药品的使用,防止滥用及流失。方法:利用数据库并结合互联网广域技术开发并构建符合医院麻醉药品和精神药品管理规定的信息系统,对医院麻醉药品和精神药品的使用情况实施动态、实时监控。结论:麻醉药品和精神药品信息管理系统有利于提高我国医院麻醉药品和精神药品监管的水平。
To improve supervision level and content on stupefacient and chlorpromazine in order to monitor the usage of these two kinds of medicines and prevent misusing and losing. Method.. To develop information system based on inter-net technique and databases to monitor the usage of stupefacient and chlorpromazine in hospitals on time. Conclusion： The information system of stupefacient and chlorpromazine is helpful to improve the management level in China.
