摘要
从医疗事故技术鉴定工作中反映出许多医疗事故争议案例与医务人员服务意识、法制观念、人员素质和医院管理等有关。通过分析医疗事故技术鉴定中的案例,讨论引起医疗事故的相关因素,分析医院管理中医疗机构、医务人员、病历管理等方面的薄弱环节,提出应加强医疗事故防范措施,如在医务人员中加强依法行医、依法办事理念;完善医疗机构各项规章制度;加强对医务人员的培训与教育;重视病历的书写与保管;建立新型医患关系,实行“医患沟通制”;建立医疗事故保险等。
Analyzing judging cases of medical malpractice, we find that medical malpractice is relative with service thinking, legal knowledge, and staff quality and hospital management. This article discusses the relative factors and the weak in hospital, and then the author suggests how to improve prevention of medical malpractice, including legal training, medical practice based on legal standard, developing regulations in hospital, improving medical record management, improving medical staff-patients relationship, practicing communication rule of medical staff- patients, developing liability insurance, and so on.
