摘要
驰名商标和中国名牌具有同质性,二者分散管理的模式存在诸多弊端。文章在分析论证分散管理现状、存在的问题和能够实现统一管理的基础上,提出了二者统一管理的一些建议。
The "well-known trademarks (WKT)" and "famous brands" in China are based on the same identification standards. The separate administration of them has many shortcomings. The paper analyzes the current situation, existent problems and the feasibility of consolidated management of them. Some suggestions are also made on how to make consolidated management of these two.
