摘要
农业是我国国民经济的基础,粮食是基础的基础。在我们这样的大国,粮食是关系国计民生的特殊商品,随着人口增加,耕地减少,城市化进程加快,人民生活水平提高,我国的粮食安全问题日益凸现出来。文章就粮食安全新定义的内容分析了我国农业发展存在的问题及解决我国粮食安全问题应采取的政策措施。
Agriculture is the basis of the national economy and food supply is the ＂basis of basis＂. In a vast country like China, food is special merchandise that is tightly connects to the lives. With expanding population, shrinking arable land, fast urbanization and upgrading of living standard, food supply security is becoming more and more pressing. This paper makes an analysis, based on the new definition of security of sufficient food supply, of the problems in the development of our country＇s agriculture as well as the policy and measures that can be taken in solving the problems.
