摘要
在现阶段社会转型过程中,我国农村几乎都建立了村民自治组织,与此同时也存在着大量的问题,甚至是名存实亡。对此,不少学者对这一问题进行了探讨与研究,但很少有人从共同体这一视角给予解释。此文引用秦晖“大共同体本为”的思想来对我国村民自治作一探讨。其目的主要是提供一个新的理论视角。
In the process of society reforming, our countryside has nearly all established the organization of the villager autonomy, which, however, has the massive problems, even exists in name only. Therefore, many scholars have carried on the discussion and the research to this question, but the very few people give the explanation in the view of the community. This article tries to make some explorations of the villager autonomy by quoting Qin Hui＇s theory of ＂the big community-originated＂, in order to provide a new theory.
