非水介质中磁粉对吸附质的吸附量与分散性的关系

Effects of the Amount of Adsorbate on the Dispersibility of γ-Fe_2O_3 in Non-aqueous Medium

摘要 研究了在甲苯-丁酮介质中三种表面活性剂在磁粉上的吸附量与磁粉分散性的关系,在丁酮介质中两种共聚物在磁粉上的吸附量与分散性的关系。发现在这两种体系中有如下规律:(1)磁粉对同一吸附质的吸附量越大,磁粉分散性越好,当达到饱和吸附量时,分散性最佳;(2)磁粉对不同吸附质的饱和吸附量越大,其分散性越好。并讨论了这些规律的适用范围及应用。 The relation between the amount of some surfactants or polymers adsorbed on γ-Fe_2O3 and the dispersibility of the γ-Fe_2O3 in butanone and toluene-butanone is studied. As a rule it is found that the more the amount of adsorbate on γ-Fe_2O_3 is, the better the dispersibility of γ-Fe_2o_3 in the non-aqueous medium is, and the dispersibility reaches the optimum state when the saturation amount is attained, and that the dispersibility of γ-Fe_2O_3 in the medium is improved with the increase of the saturation amount of these adsorbates. The cases to which the above-mentioned rule is applicable are discussed.
