简要回顾了我国铁路货车提速技术的发展历程,着重介绍了既有货车120 km/h提速改造项目的提出背景和技术方案的确定原则,对项目实施中的生产和质量控制以及相应的对策进行了重点分析。
The development history of speed increase technology of railway freight cars in our country is reviewed briefly.The background to bring forward the 120 km/h speed increase reform project and the determination principles of the technology scheme are mainly described.The production and quality control as well as corresponding counter measures during the operation of the project are analyzed as focal points.
