摘要 从光纤激光器的速率方程出发,通过MATLAB编程对光纤激光器的瞬态特性及脉冲泵浦调Q光纤激光器的输出特性进行了数值模拟和优化设计。结果表明,通过脉冲泵浦使输出脉冲宽度被压窄,随着泵浦脉冲宽度和功率的增加,产生稳定激光的时间延长,而且伴随有次脉冲产生。 In this letter, the dynamic characteristics of the fiber lasers and the output characteristics of the pulsed pump Q-switched fiber lasers are simulated and optimized with MATLAB based on the rate equation of the fiber lasers. The results show that the width of the output pulse is narrowed with pulsed pump. The time of generating stable laser output increases with the increase of the pump pulse width and the pump pulse power, and sub-pulses appear.
