摘要
循环经济是一种建立在物质不断循环利用基础上的新经济,是一条内含人、自然、社会三位一体和谐发展的新路径。循环经济所内具的和谐本质、和谐功能与构建和谐社会的内在要求具有高度的一致性。大力发展循环经济,是建设社会主义和谐社会的有效途径。
Recycle economy is a new economy established on continuous material recycle and reuse. It is a new way to stimulate the harmonious development among people, nature and society. Its inherent harmonizing qualities and functions are in line with the inner requirements of building a harmonious society. To develop a recycle society greatly is an effective way to build a harmonious socialist society.
