摘要
工业革命以来,企业组织形态发生几次重大变化,从分散走向聚合,又从聚合到扩散是其基本轨迹。企业组织形态变化背后的决定力量错综复杂,但根本原因是科学技术发展进步。由于科技革命影响交易成本并促使其下降,交易成本、组织成本均衡点内移造成企业组织形态的扩散化。
Since the Industrial Revolution, the form at of enterprise organization have been tremendously changed several times, which followed the orbit of dispersing to grouping and visversa of the intricate reasons for such evolution, the fundamental one is the progress of the science and technology. This paper analyses how to influence the transaction cost and impels its drop.The paper concludes the dispersing of enterprise organization form is affected by the balance point inward movement of transaction cost and organization.
