摘要
我国20多年的改革实践证明,合理的收入分配制度能够解放劳动生产力,激发劳动者积极性和创造性,能够为改革和发展创造良好的社会环境。十六大报告阐述了深化分配制度改革的重要性,提出了劳动、资本、技术和管理等多种生产要素按贡献参与分配的基本原则,这不仅符合我国社会主义初级阶段的实际,而且也符合马克思主义分配理论和现代经济学关于生产理论和分配理论的基本原理,是解放思想、与时俱进的必然产物。
