摘要
人文奥运是在人类呼唤和平、功利主义渗透奥运以及科技在奥运中被滥用的情况下重点提出的。人文奥运的理念是要在奥运的各项活动中体现“以人为本”的思想,要使奥运的各项活动为人类的健康和和谐发展服务。将满足奥运参与者的精神与物质需求、关注人类共同关心的问题贯穿于奥运的各项活动中是体现人文奥运理念的指导原则。
The concept of Humanistic Olympic is emphatically put forward the circumstance in which people cherish peace while the utilitarianism has permeated and the technical methods have been abused in Olympic Games. It is meant to embody the spirit of Humanism in various activities of Olympic Games and enable these activities to serve the healthy and harmonious development of humans. To satisfy the spiritual and substantial needs of Olympic participants and concern the Human＇ s common problems are guiding principles in implementation of the concept of Humanistic Olympic.
