摘要
提出了宽带液压抽油机设计方案，以及设计结构和工作原理。该液压抽油机采用变量液压泵—液压缸—动带轮及宽胶带传递动力，具有功率回收利用充分、电动机负载波动小、整机高度较低、冲程长、冲程和冲次调节方便等特点，可实现上快下慢的工作状态，并具有失载与过载保护功能，是一种结构简单、重量轻、能耗少、载荷大的新型长冲程液压抽油机。
The design scheme and working principle of a broad-belt hydraulic pumping unit are presented. The unit adopts variable displacement hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, movable pulley and broad belt to transmit power,has the charecteristics of abundant recovery and full use of power,minor fluctuation of electric motor load, low height of the unit, long stroke length and convinence of adjusting the stroke length and pumping speed, can realize the performance of being fast on the upstroke and slow on the downstroke, and possesses protection against stall and overload.
