摘要
采用文献资料、访谈法、问卷调查等方法,对影响江苏省高校体育教师(公体)工作满意度的因素进行了调查研究。旨在了解当前高校体育教师队伍管理与建设中所存在的问题,以便为学校的科学管理提供依据。
By using the method of documentary, information discussion and questionnaire inquiry, the author makes the deeply investigation on the satisfaction feeling of their profession in physical education teachers of jiangsu. The main factors influencing the teachers satisfaction feeling of their profession were also analyzed. The present problems existing in the administration and construction of the physical education teacher team of the colleges and universities were revealed in order to provide reference for their scientific administration.
