摘要
在以水为溶剂,次亚磷酸钠—过硫酸钠为引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)和2丙烯酰氨基-2甲基丙磺酸(AMPS,工业品)为单体,合成了含磺酸基的水溶性缓蚀阻垢剂的基础上,分别将实验放大两倍和四倍,寻找最佳工艺方案。本次实验通过优选法,考察了该放大实验共聚物阻垢性能与反应温度和反应时间之间的关系,寻出了放大后的最佳合成工艺方案,研究结果表明,该共聚物的阻垢分散性能明显。
This paper introduces some experiments, nique plan, using the above processes as basis. With which are magnified 2 and 4 times to obtain the optimize techoptimization in the experiments, the relationship bteween the inhibiting performance with reaction temperature and reaction time in the magnified experiments are found, the optimum synthesis technique plan is obtained. The results show that the copolymer has obvious scale inhibiting and dispersing performance.
