摘要
对破裂失效的0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢管弯头的化学成分、金相组织及断口用电子显微镜进行了分析并做了材料高温短时拉伸试验,分析了破坏失效的原因。建议在役同类管弯头应采取无损探伤等措施,以确保安全生产。
Abstract in this paper,the analysis of chemical composition and metallographic structure and the fractograph of the burst 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel pipe bend under the electron microscope are presented,the high temperature short-time tensile test on the material of the pipe bend is investigated.The growth of crack is studied and the measure such as non-destructive examination(NDE)is prefered.
