摘要
长期以来,导致思想政治理论课实效性不强的一个重要原因,就是过分关注显性教育,而忽视了“润物细无声”的隐性教育资源的开发与利用。本文从高校思想政治理论教育教学中常常被忽视的隐性教育为切入点,研究如何开发和利用思想政治理论课中的隐性教育资源,使显性教育与隐性教育相得益彰,互相促进,从而进一步提高思想政治理论课的实效性,使其达到最佳的育人效果。
