文章分析了新形势下高等专科学校图书馆人员的素质要求，针对目前状况及存在问题．就如何造就新一代图书馆管理队伍提出了一些建议。
The paper analyses the quality demands to library management in higher technical and vocational colleges in the new situation and present some advice on how to train a new generation of library management with the present conditions and problems.
