摘要
我国农业信息化发展缓慢,其主要制约因素是农民科技文化素质不高,农业产业化程度低,农业信息资源不足,农业信息网络人才缺乏等,为适应我国农业信息化发展,必须采取加快农村信息网络基础设施建设,加强农业信息资源的开发和应用,加快培养农业信息化人才等措施。
The development of agricultural informatization of our country is slow. The main restraining factors for this are poor making of peasants in education and science, low level of industrialization in agriculture, insufficiency of resources in agricultural information, shortage of person with ability and techniques of informatics and et al. The measures to accelerate the development of agricultural informatization should be： to speed up the construction of fundamental establishment of information web in rural area, to reinforce the development and application of agricultural information resource, to expedite the bringing up of the person with agricultural information techniques and otherwise.
