摘要
随着犯罪出现新类型、新特点,根据侦查实践的需要,犯罪现场概念应突破地点场所观、犯罪行为核心要素观的局限进行重构。犯罪现场新概念应为:犯罪现场是指由犯罪行为引起变化的环境以及产生的犯罪证据和犯罪行为信息的载体。
With the development of new types and characteristics of crimes as well as the requirement of investigation practice, the concept of crime scene should be redefined by breaking the restriction of the view of location and the view of crime activity as the kernel elements. The new concept of crime scene should be： crime scene refers to the environment caused by the changes of crime activities and the carriers of crime evidence and information of crime activities.
