摘要
利用第三次全国卫生服务总调查的数据和其他二手资料和数据分析了如果实现病人从综合医院向社区分流,所带来的经济效益和社会效益。研究结果表明:如果综合医院30.00%的门诊病人和10.00%的住院病人分流到社区卫生服务机构,不仅可以减少177.91亿元医疗费用,部分解决看病贵的问题,而且可缓解看病难的问题,提高资源的利用效率,实现社区卫生服务机构和综合医院之间的互动。
The paper assessed the economic benefit and social benefit of patients flow from high level hospital to Community Health Service Facilities（CHSF） according to the Third National Health Service Survey and other second hand data. The results showed： if the 30.00% outpatients and 10.00% inpatients of general hospitals flow into CHSF, 17 791 million Yuan health expenditure will be saved and patients＇ disease burden reduce, the difficulty of seeing doctors will be resolved in some degree. The efficiency of resources utilization will be improved and mobilization mechanism will be formed between high level hospitals and CHSF.
