摘要
介绍卫生服务可及性障碍综合比较方法,并利用这一方法对甘肃省4个县的卫生服务可及性障碍进行了比较。结果显示,卫生服务可及性障碍综合比较和卫生服务利用状况比较呈现较好的一致性,卫生服务可及性障碍综合比较是一种较可靠的方法。
This article introduces a comprehensive method comparing the hindrances of health service access, and then uses this method to compare the hindrances of health service access in four counties of Gansu Province. The comparison of the hindrances of health services access gets similar results to those from the comparison of health services utility, which shows that the comprehensive method of comparison is relatively reliable.
