摘要
我国病案管理经过60年的缓慢发展之后,近15年来有了迅猛的发展。尤其是医院分级评审、高科技产品的应用、人员素质的提高,以及各类人员对病案信息的需求,为病案发展提供了良好的内外环境。根据目前国际病案管理的发展趋势和我国的实际情况,今后病案管理将转向病案信息管理,被动型服务将逐步转向主动型服务,计算机等高科技设备将会得到进一步开发利用,对病案人员的知识及技能也会有进一步的要求。
The medical record administration in China has experienced a rapid development in the last 15 years after 60 years of slow progress.The graded hospital evaluation,the application of high tech products,the raise of personnel quality and the demand of different people for medical record infor- mation among others provide good conditions (both internal and external)for the development of medical record administration.According to the current development trend of the international medical record administration and the actual situation in China,the focus of medical record administration will be the administration of medical record information from now on.Services offered will pass from psassive to active ones.The high tech instruments such as computers will be further developed and put to wider use.The requirement of technical know—how and skill on medical personnel will also be higher.
